For your convenience, Choose-ADSL currently accepts the following payment methods. Although Choose-ADSL offers various methods of payment, we recommend you choose the instant payment methods on offer (Credit/Debit cards, PayPal or Nochex) broadband activation can occur sooner. Orders will only be accepted once initial payment has been received.
Choose ADSL uses Telesales Solutions as our preferred partner for your credit card payments. Choose-ADSL customers can safely and securely pay for services using credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard or American Express and debit cards like Switch, Solo, Maestro and Delta. PayPal is a hugely popular payment processor, and is ideal for customers who already have an account with them. Opening an account with PayPal is very simple, all you need is a Credit Card such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex, or alternatively a UK Debit card such as Switch or Solo. The Unique Payment Reference should be the following letters: "CHDOM" followed by a "-" followed by your Choose-a-Domain Username. It is important that the payment reference is correct so that we can process your order request swiftly.
We only accept Pounds Sterling cheques drawn from bank accounts held in the United Kingdom. Postal orders must either be in Pounds Sterling and issued from a Post Office in the United Kingdom or International Money postal order. Please make sure that the cheque / postal order is made payable to Allogenes Limited (our parent company) along with your Choose-a-Domain username and the invoice number that you wish the payment to be made against on the back of the cheque / postal order and sent to the payment address below.

Cheques should be made payable to our parent company "Allogenes Limited". You must ensure that your Cheque covers both the amount of your normal invoice charge as well as the Cheque Processing Charge which is currently £ 0.50p. You must also ensure that your Unique Payment Reference is written clearly on the reverse of the cheque.
The Unique Payment Reference should be the following letters: "AD" followed by your Choose-ADSL Billing Reference. It is important that the payment reference is correct so that we can process your payment request swiftly. If you are unsure of your Billing Reference please open a help ticket or email support at the usual email address.
Please ensure that your cheque will clear in our account before your invoice due date. It generally takes 4 working days for cheques to clear.
Payment is only accepted in our domestic currency which is Pounds Sterling.
